Mark your calendars! Canada Day celebrations return to Science North with a spectacular new addition: a dazzling drone show, in partnership with the City of Greater Sudbury! Celebrate the community and culture of all Canadians, Indigenous Peoples, immigrants, and visitors to Canada / Turtle Island.

Check out all the Science Centre has to offer at 50% off – and members get in free! There will also be FREE live science shows, musical acts and more exciting performances on the rock stage, plus food and retail vendors on site. It all gets started at 1pm on Canada Day at Science North!

INDOOR FUN IN THE SCIENCE CENTRE

  • Ever wanted to play in the science centre at night? You’re in luck! All floors will be open until 9:00pm.
  • Cool down with 50% off IMAX and Planetarium shows as well! Scroll to view schedules.

Get ready for a show like no other! Hosted by North Star Drone Shows, our drone show will shine a spotlight on community and culture with Sudbury being the main storyline! The show will be weather dependent. Stay tuned for more information regarding best viewing points and length of production.
