SPCA Investigating After Dead Dog Found In Garbage Bag

The Ontario SPCA says a dead dog was found on the roof of a Lively business and now they’re investigating to see if its a case of animal cruelty.

The SPCA says they received information about a small to medium sized brown or black dog that was found in a garbage bag.

They estimated the dog had been there for over a month at the business on Regional Road 24, near Old Highway 17.
