The 1993 film will get a TV movie remake with the original producer on the Disney Channel

In an interview with Forbes, Mick Garris, the movie’s original screenwriter talked about Bette Middler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy portraying the iconic Sanderson Sisters again:
“If they don’t do that I think it would be a big mistake because all three of them are still so incredibly potent and powerful and great performers and who else can recreate those characters?”

No word on when Hocus Pocus will fly into your TV.
