Will Smith says there “might be a future” for him in politics. The 47 year old actor hinted he is interested in joining the political world during a Hollywood Reporter’s Awards “Chatter Podcast”.
“I’m a climber, so if I see a mountain, I have to climb it. I’m not a camper; I don’t like hanging in one place too long,” Smith said. “So I think, at this point, I’m elevating my ability to be useful in the world. I think that that’s what my grandmother always hoped, that I would make myself useful to people in this lifetime … And, you know, as I look at the political landscape, I think that there might be a future out there for me. They might need me out there. This is the first year that I’ve been incensed to a level that I can’t sleep, you know? So I’m feeling that at some point, in the near future, I will have to lend my voice to the conversation in a somewhat different way.” Meanwhile, Will Smith’s film and music careers continue to do well as he is planning to go on our with DJ Jazzy Jeff, as well as star in a new movie called “Concussion”.

While the Toronto Blue Jays may not have won the World Series, home-run slugger Jose Bautista’s bat-flip remains as one of the most memorable moments in baseball history. So much so, fans were getting tattoos of the bat-flip, carving bat-flips into Jack-O-Lanterns and now… you can now buy an ugly Christmas sweater that says “Merry Flipping Christmas …Joey to the World”. It’s this year’s must have holiday gift, as the owner of the company “Fresh Brewed Tees” selling the sweater says “Joey Bats is definitely the best seller so far this year”.

Jennifer Lawrence is no longer just an actress! The 25-year-old will be calling all the shots as director of a new movie called, “Project Delirium”.  Lawrence explains, “I’ve signed on to direct something called Project Delirium—it’s based on this article about mental warfare in the ’60s, like an acid experiment gone terribly wrong,” she continues saying,  “It’s funny, I’ve wanted to direct since I was 16 and always thought I should start making steps towards that. If I had tried to do it earlier, I wouldn’t have been ready. Now I actually feel ready.” Jennifer Lawrence says she’s already thinking about directing her second movie already “I’d also like to direct a comedy….I have wanted to direct as long as I’ve wanted to act. I just don’t talk about it because I’d rather just do it.”
