Happy 150th Birthday Canada!

The rain couldn’t stop us from having a blast on Canada’s Birthday! The KiSS Summer Cruiser was at Science North to celebrate the big day!

We kicked things off in style with a live on location at Science North all morning long, and finished the evening off viewing a spectacular firework display with the rest of Sudbury.

Throughout the day we had a raffle set up at the KiSS booth where we were giving away two different incredible prizes packages. Congratulations to Terrance Neville who wins a two night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Gravenhurst Muskoka Wharf, a $50 Gift Card to Oar & Paddle Restaurant along with a Family four Pack to Santa’s Village. Also our congratulations to Lorraine Lemieux who wins a two Night Stay at Renaissance Toronto Hotel, four Tickets for Dinner & Show to Medieval Times, and four Tickets to Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.

After our live on location things got started in the afternoon with Canada Day Band Jam and it was incredible to see some of the young amazing talent we have here in the Greater City.

Five bands battled in our KiSS Canada Day Band Jam competition. Out of those five bands, it came down to three as they clashed it out, playing one more song each to see who would be this years Canada Day Band Jam winners!

Congratulations to all the bands who participated in this years KiSS Canada Day Band Jam, it was an incredible performance by all of the acts and we can not wait to see you on the road to pursuing your musical careers!
