New Funding to Help Sudbury Exporters

Both the provincial and federal governments providing funding to help support mining exporters in Greater Sudbury.

The Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Navdeep Bains was in town yesterday to announce the 1.9-million dollar investment.

The cash will benefit small and medium sized businesses who export products to mining companies around the world and allow them to become more competitive.

The funding comes from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation and FedNor.
