Jon Hamm’s rep has confirmed that the Mad Men star has competed a 30-day rehab program for alcohol abuse. “With the support of his longtime partner Jennifer Westfeldt, Jon Hamm recently completed treatment for his struggle with alcohol addiction,” the 44-year-old actor’s rep said in a statement. “They have asked for privacy and sensitivity going forward.” According to TMZ, Hamm quietly checked himself into Silver Hill Hospital in Connecticut in February after filming of the final season of Mad Men was completed.

The truth is officially out there: David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson have signed on to play Fox Mulder and Dana Scully for a six-episode reboot of The X-Files on FOX. X-Files creator Chris Carter is also returning for the miniseries, with production set to begin this summer. We don’t know when it’s going to air but the creator says “think of it as a 13-year commercial break,” Carter says of bringing the show back. “The good news is the world has only gotten that much stranger, a perfect time to tell these six stories.”
