Believe it or not, according to real estate company Zolo, Sudbury ranks in the top 5 medium sized cities when it comes to affordable homes.

The results were calculated using a variety of factors, including average income, unemployment rate, and population growth. Cities were then given a score out of 100.

Windsor too the top spot on Zolo’s list in the “large city” category. The average home price there is just over $530,000.

Sudbury took 3rd place in the “medium city” category. The price of an average home is $268,696.
