Enrique Inglesias sliced his fingers on a drone during his Tijuana, Mexico, concert on Saturday night. “During the show, a drone is used to get crowd shots and some nights Enrique grabs the drone to give the audience a point-of-view shot,” the singer’s rep said in a statement. “Something went wrong and he had an accident.” The 40-year-old hearthrob was briefly treated on the side of the stage and advised to end the show. However, he continued to perform for another 30 minutes–with an extremely bloody, bandaged hand. Afterward, he was the was rushed to the airport wand taken to a specialist in Los Angeles to receive treatment.
