Canada Wide Arrest Warrant To Be Issued For This Man

Police expect to issue a Canada-wide warrant for 43 year old Justin Kuijer today.

Niagara Regional Police say he is wanted in connection with the death of his 7-year old stepson and the attempted murder of a woman at a local bank.

Kuijer’s stepson Nathan Dumas was found in a St. Catharines home critically injured Friday morning, and died in hospital the next day.

Police allege that also on Friday, Kuijer entered a Royal Bank branch, stabbed a female employee, and fled in his dark grey van with licence plate BYTE392

Police says the suspect is armed and dangerous and if members of the public see him, they should not approach him and call 911 immediately.
