Would You Do It For Love?

If you’re a fan of the USA Network series “Suits” you know that actress Meaghan Markle plays the character Rachel Zane on the show.  The 35-year old has also been in the news since last year when word came out of her relationship with Prince Harry. Now reports are circulating that Markle is looking at quitting acting to move to London, where she can spend more time with her boyfriend.

The pair have been doing the long-distance relationship for more than 6 months while she films her show in Toronto.  During it’s time off, Markle flew to London where she was spotted with the Royal Ginger on several occasions and earlier this month they were photographed for the first time holding hands while walking down a street.

In a recent Vogue interview she said that she would want to continue working. “I’ve never wanted to be a lady who lunches. I’ve always wanted to be a woman who works.”

If the couple is able to stick it out …they would still need the Queen’s approval to walk down the aisle. A United Kingdom law created in 1772 it says the monarch has the ability to veto the marriage of any relative who is within six family members away from the throne, People magazine reported earlier this month. Prince Harry is fifth in line to the throne after Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
