For the fourth month in a row, the unemployment rate is down in Greater Sudbury.

According to Statistics Canada the unemployment rate was at 7.3 per cent down from 7.8 the month before.

However Sudbury is still one of the highest in Canada and second highest in Ontario when it comes to major cities.

The national jobless rate remained unchanged in September at 7 per cent despite over 67 thousand jobs that were added to the Canadian economy.
