A major fire broke out yesterday evening at Gardewine North in the Walden Industrial Park.

The blaze began at the transportation business on Duhamel Road and spread to an office building.

Platoon Chief George Lalonde says thankfully there was a fire wall built in the office building and crews will remain on the scene.

Lalonde says it was a fire full of dangers as they had to remove and be mindful of oxygen and fuel tanks.

Crews will remain and assist the Ontario Fire Marshall in the investigation.

There were no injuries.
