Greens In Sudbury Choose Robinson For Federal Candidate

After running in Sudbury’s recent provincial by-election, Dr. David Robinson is going to politically campaign again, this time federally.

The Laurentian University Economic Professor was nominated last night by members of the Green Party of Canada, in the Sudbury riding.

There could be a federal by-election in Sudbury or the general election planned for this fall.

The Sudbury Conservatives have Fred Slade as their candidate, while the Liberals will choose their candidate this coming weekend.

The New Democrats do not have a nomination date yet.
