This month dietitians across the country are trying to inspire Canadians to eat better at work and make other positive changes in the workplace.

March is Nutrition Month.

Sudbury & District Health Unit, Public Health Dietitian, Paula Ross, says there are several common challenges workers report get in the way of healthy living, like being rushed.

Ross says simple planning ahead will curb that.

Other tips Ross has including eating when you feel hungry, stopping when you feel full, eat foods from a variety of food groups…and treats are acceptable —in moderation.

The health unit has a contest going on on its Facebook and Twitter until the end of March to promote nutrition month.
